3. Content Ownership & Licenses

Creators retain all intellectual property rights to the content they upload to the platform. By posting content, Creators grant MySexySecrets a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content to authorized subscribers.

Subscribers receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view Creator content for personal, non-commercial use. Downloading, copying, redistributing, or sharing Creator content outside of the platform is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Uploading or distributing illegal, non-consensual, or infringing content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing creators, users, or platform staff.
• Using automated systems or bots to access or scrape content from the site.
• Circumventing paywalls or subscription restrictions.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Subscriptions, tips, and unlock purchases are processed securely. All fees and transactions are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as specified in our policy. Creators receive payouts subject to platform commission fees.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MySexySecrets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
