MySexySecrets (“MSS”) is built on respect, trust and responsible use. These Community Guidelines explain the expected behaviour of all users. By using MSS, you agree to treat other users respectfully and to follow these Guidelines.
2. Respect Others
Users must:
- Treat others with respect.
- Communicate honestly.
- Respect personal boundaries.
- Respect the privacy of others.
Harassment, intimidation or abusive behaviour is not permitted.
3. Honest Identity
Users must:
- Provide accurate information.
- Use only accounts that belong to them.
- Complete verification honestly when required.
Impersonating another person or providing false information is prohibited.
4. Responsible Content
Creators are responsible for ensuring that:
- They have the legal right to upload Content.
- Required documentation has been completed.
- All identifiable participants have provided the necessary consent and verification before publication.
- Uploaded Content complies with MSS policies and applicable laws.
5. Creator Collaboration
Creators should collaborate responsibly. When collaborating:
- Tag verified MSS Creators correctly.
- Do not falsely identify participants.
- Do not attempt to bypass verification or compliance systems.
- Respect another Creator’s privacy settings and tagging preferences.
6. Protect Your Account
Users should:
- Keep passwords secure.
- Enable additional security features where available.
- Never share account credentials.
- Report suspected unauthorized access immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
Respect the work of others. Do not:
- Upload Content you do not own or have permission to use.
- Copy another Creator’s work without authorization.
- Misrepresent ownership of Content.
8. Reporting Problems
Users are encouraged to report:
- Policy violations.
- Fraud.
- Fake accounts.
- Copyright concerns.
- Security issues.
Reports should be made honestly and in good faith. False or malicious reports may themselves violate these Guidelines.
9. Enforcement
Failure to follow these Guidelines may result in:
- Educational warning.
- Temporary restrictions.
- Content removal.
- Account suspension.
- Permanent account termination.
Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate action.
10. Updates
These Community Guidelines may be updated from time to time. Continued use of MSS after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
