Content Policy

1. Purpose

This Content Policy defines the types of Content that may and may not be uploaded, published or shared through the MySexySecrets (“MSS”) Platform. All Users and Creators must comply with this Policy in addition to the MSS Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

2. General Requirements

All Content published on MSS must:

Comply with applicable laws.
Comply with all MSS policies.
Be uploaded by a verified Creator.
Respect the rights of others.
Be truthful and not misleading.

MSS reserves the right to review, restrict or remove any Content that violates this Policy.

3. Identity & Consent Requirements

Every identifiable person appearing in Content must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Complete the required identity verification where applicable.
Complete the applicable MSS agreement or have equivalent documentation approved by MSS.
Have provided valid consent before publication.

Creators remain responsible for ensuring that all required documentation has been completed before uploading Content.

4. Permitted Content

Subject to compliance with applicable laws and MSS policies, Creators may upload Content they have the legal right to publish. Content must:

Be authentic.
Respect intellectual property rights.
Meet all verification and consent requirements.

5. Prohibited Content

The following Content is prohibited:

Content involving anyone under the legal age.
Non-consensual Content.
Stolen or unauthorized Content.
Content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Fraudulent or deceptive Content.
Content promoting illegal activities.
Content containing forged identity or verification documents.
Malware, phishing or other harmful material.
Content uploaded in violation of applicable laws.

6. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Creators remain responsible for any AI-assisted or AI-generated Content they upload. AI-generated Content must:

Comply with applicable laws.
Not impersonate real individuals without appropriate rights or authorization.
Not be misleading in a way that violates MSS policies.

MSS may require AI-generated Content to be identified where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

Creators must own or have sufficient rights to all Content they upload. Creators must not upload Content belonging to another person without appropriate authorization. Copyright complaints may result in removal of Content and additional enforcement actions.

8. Reporting Content

Users may report Content believed to violate:

MSS policies.
Applicable laws.
Intellectual property rights.
Privacy rights.

MSS will review reports and take appropriate action where necessary.

9. Moderation

MSS may:

Review uploaded Content.
Request additional information.
Temporarily restrict visibility.
Remove Content.
Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations.

Moderation decisions are made to protect the Platform, its users and legal compliance.

10. Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in:

Warning.
Temporary suspension.
Removal of Content.
Permanent account termination.
Reporting to competent authorities where required by law.

The severity of the action will depend on the nature and seriousness of the violation.

11. Changes to this Policy

MSS may update this Content Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use of MSS after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
